Derbyshire Constabulary officers have called for the review after attending the New Eastern Tandoori, on Chatsworth Road, Brampton, Chesterfield.

Licensing documents on Chesterfield Borough Council's website say: “A search warrant was executed by Derbyshire police at the premises on September, 28 2020 and as a result the police believe that controlled drug-related activity has taken place within.

"The application has been served to the licensing authority where it is considered by Derbyshire police that the circumstances undermine the prevention of crime and disorder licensing objective.”

People wanting to give their views must make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council no later than November 5.

Representations must be made in writing and addressed to: The Licensing Section, Customer Service Centre, 85 New Square, Chesterfield S40 1AH.
