Chesterfield Bowl, on Storforth Lane, was due to open its doors to customers for the first time in five months on Saturday, August 1.

However, Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s decision to delay further easing of restrictions, just a day ahead of the reopening, meant the plans had to be put on hold again.

Staff have spent the summer making the venue as safe as possible, with social distancing throughout and a series of new cleaning measures, and say they ‘can’t wait to welcome’ people back to the venue.

As a welcome back special offer, Monday to Thursday, 30 minutes of bowling is £12.50, an hour is £25 and 90 minutes is £35.

Friday to Sunday is £15 for 30 minutes, an hour is £30 and it’s £42.50 for 90 minutes.

All bowling lanes must be pre-booked. To make a booking or for more information about Chesterfield Bowl, call 01246 550092 or visit the website.
