Chesterfield solicitor Anne lands new role

A Chesterfield solicitor has been appointed as the head of Graysons' private client department.

Chesterfield solicitor Anne Rogers has been appointed as the head of Graysons private client department.

Anne Rogers, who takes over from the retired David Coffey, has specialised in private client law in the town and its surrounding areas for the last 10 years.

She has a wealth of experience and expertise and regularly deals with large and complex estates, including cases involving missing beneficiaries and family disputes.

Anne, who qualified as a solicitor in 2009, also deals with lasting powers of attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, trusts, inheritance tax planning and care fee planning .
