Molly said: “I know just how important it is to shop small, local and thoughtfully, now more than ever and so many of Derbyshire’s businesses offer all sorts of amazing gifts that can be purchased online.

"But don’t forget the brick and mortar stores.

"They need our help more than ever before.

"Despite being shut for lockdown many of these lovely shops are still selling online.

"Many offer gift wrapping and local delivery.

"My favourites are Design 44 in Derby, Shop Indie and Libby’s in Chesterfield and Bow Boutique in Matlock, which has a dedicated online Christmas shop.”

Molly also has more than 8,500 followers on her Instagram page and is profiling many of Derbyshire’s businesses individually on it at instagram.com/girlaboutderbyshire.
