Bakewell: Largest entry of lambs this season
There were big numbers at Bakewell Cattle Market on Monday, September 29, with 700 cattle and 3,344 sheep on offer.
It was the turn of the sheep department to shine with massive entries and significantly improved prices.
2,136 lambs – the largest entry so far this season sold on a cracking trade with the best to 206p.
