The show will build up to a spectacular massed bands finale including the emotive Sunset ceremony and also Lone Piper.

Performances will take place from 2pm until 4.15pm and 7pm until 9.15pm.

This year the Buxton Military Tattoo will support The Royal British Legion, who provide lifelong support to serving and ex-serving personnel and their families throughout the year.

Chris Thornton, event manager, said: “I am delighted that the Tattoo has grown and developed over the last 12 years. We have seen many marvellous performances from the Army, Navy and RAF, so I am proud to announce that we are now able to extend our support across the whole Armed Forces community by raising funds for The Royal British Legion.”

Tickets cost £20 (adult) and £15 (under 16) for the matinee and £21 (adult) and £16 (under 16) for the evening. To book, call 01298 72190.
