Stand Road recreation park was a sea of happy faces on Sunday as lots of families and members of the LGBTQ community enjoyed the music and drag artists such as Joe Black and Ella VaNight.
Bright colours worn by the revellers ensured a constant rainbow throughout a day of intermittent rain showers.
Dan Walker, organiser of Chesterfield Pride, said: “We are so proud of how the event went. It was amazing to see so many smiles on people’s faces after what was a horrible 18 months. The event couldn’t have been possible without the support of sponsors, volunteers and of course those that attended.
"We will look to improve and return in 2022 even better.”
