Singer and TV presenter Aled Jones is bringing his Songs of Hope and Inspiration tour to Buxton Opera House.

Promising a wonderful evening of songs and stories on March 19, Aled will be accompanied by his band of world class musicians to perform songs from throughout his career.

He said: “I really am looking forward to performing some old favourites as well as some new songs - I love life on the road and seeing my fans.”

Loved by the nation originally for his pure treble voice, Aled has 29 albums to his name - selling over 6.5 million to date – and has recently celebrated more than 27 years as a household name.

Aled has been a regular on Songs of Praise for over 10 years, has presented Escape to the Country and Cash in the Attic for the BBC and, until recently, co-presentedDaybreak on ITV1. He currently presents Classic FM’s Sunday morning radio show and ITV1’s new show called Weekend every Saturday and Sunday.

He starred in the popular West End show White Christmas last year, playing the leading role.
