Step up for The Diamond Band Challenge in Sutton in Ashfield

Music-makers have the chance to get their hands on cash prizes.

The Diamond at Sutton in Ashfield are hosting The Diamond Band Challenge 2015.

Duos, trios or bands are invited to make their bid for glory. Music of any genre will be considered and material can be original or covers.

Up for grabs is prize money of £1,000. The winner will walk away with £500, the runner-up £300 and the third-placed contestant £200.

The event will run over eight heats, two semi-finals and a final with nine acts.
