Spotlight on Phoenix Nights comedian Justin Moorhouse

Television funny man Justin Moorhouse will share his affable wit with Derbyshire fans in a live performance.

Dubbed by Jimmy Carr as ‘easily my favourite comedian’, Justin headlines the Spotlight Comedy Club show at the Winding Wheel, Chesterfield, on February 25.

Justin’s credits on the small screen include Phoenix Nights, Live at the Apollo, 8 out of 10 Cats, Michael McIntyre’s Roadshow, Dave’s One Night Stand and Coronation Street.

His own Radio 4 show Everyone Quite Likes Justin is into a second series and he can also be heard on Radio 5 Live’s Fighting Talk and 7 Day Sunday.

Chris Washington will be the support act at the Winding Wheel show. He achieved critical claim at last year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe with his show First Class about life as a postman.
