PB Theatricals Youth Theatre stage three G&S operettas

Performers will be airing their talents in three Gilbert and Sullivan operettas in five locations this month.

PB Theatricals Youth Theatre will be staging Pint-Sized Pinafore, The Mikado and The Pirates of Penzance.

Pint-Sized Pinafore runs at Green Man Gallery, Buxton, on July 19 at 7.30pm and at The Rotunda, Buxton, on July 20 at 2pm and 8pm.

The Mikado will be staged at Bakewell Medway Centre on July 27 at 7.30pm, Chapel en le Frith Playhouse on July 28 at 7.30pm and New Mills Art Theatre on July 29 at 7.15pm.

The Pirates of Penzance will be performed at New Mills Theatre on August 4 at 7.15pm.

The not-for-profit theatre group is for young performers aged from 8 to 35 years. The group is run by committed parents and supporters who fundraise, organise and donate their time, skills and resources to ensure that productions are produced each year.

Performers audition, rehearse and perform an operetta normally all within a week.
