Dean Osgood is a secondary school drama teacher and Molly Atkinson is a primary teacher. The pair will be talking to an array of special guests during an hour-long special entitled Requires Improvement, available on all podcast platform.

This is one of two productions by Blackboard Theatre that the teachers are presenting at this year’s Fringe. The other is Special Measures which delves into what life is like for a teacher in 2020 and could help to explain why more teachers are leaving the profession than ever before. This read-through features stories and characters that you have to see to believe.
