Dancing to the beat of Chesterfest
Dancing in the park brought a lively finale to a showcase of Derbyshire’s youth talent.
Revellers at Chesterfest showed no sign of flagging as the sun set on six hours of bands, singers and djs.
Mirroring a line from one of their songs, Ripley rockers Parasight brought the party to the park as the penultimate band. Their creation Shattered Glass stood up well alongside old school favourites Whole Lotta Rosie and Pour Some Sugar On Me.
The day ended with the blissed-out sounds of DJ Kreega whose fanclub were out in force, dancing to every rhythm and mood that the deck master could coax out of his gear.
