Bands flock to fundraiser

A fundraiser is to be held this weekend in aid of the Ripley Music Festival.

The 2015 festival has been hailed as a success with thousands of people attending more than 20 concerts across the town.

Organisers would like to thank all those who performed and attended.

Saturday, August 29 is the date of the next fundraiser to start raising cash to make 2016 even bigger and better.

This concert is at the Holly Bush in Marehay, and will ge running from 1pm until late.

A wide of range of musical talent will be appearing at the fundraising event.

They are: King B and The Hive (1pm to 1.45pm).

n Amelia Wayne and Eleanor (2pm to 2.45pm).

n Ocean Floor (3pm to 3.45pm).

n Barnie Rubblz (4pm to 4.45pm) .

n Paige Seabridge (5pm to 5.45pm).

n Those Who Knew (6pm to 6.45pm)

n Newton Park (7pm to 7.45pm)

n Bucklerash (8pm to 8.45pm)

n Shadow Days Project (9pm-10pm)

n Boris And The Space Cadets (10.15pm to 11pm).

There will also be a grand raffle and barbecue.
