Ashley launches Sunday recital season
The new Sunday Morning Piano Series at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall gets under way this weekend.
Sunday morning sees a performance take place from 11 am, to be given by Ashley Wass.
The Lincolnshire-born performer will be playing Beethoven’s Bagatelles Op. 126, Liszt’s Après une Lecture du Danté, Chopin’s Ballade No. 1, Op. 23, plus two other works by the same composer, the Nocturne in C sharp minor, Op. posth, and the Scherzo No. 2, Op. 31.
The recital will last for an hour. Tickets are £10, including tea, coffee and cake.
