Formerly used as an office, the intimate first floor room offers a perfect pairing for the opportunity of an upmarket bistro style restaurant in an 18th century building. Craig Tyrrell, head chef and owner, was born in Belper and uses locally sourced ingredients wherever possible in his traditional British dishes, served in a modern style.
