Sixties pop band Herman’s Hermits will be reviving their hits on the Buxton Opera House stage.
The band, whose chart smashes include Something Is Happening, Sunshine Girland No Milk Today, will be playing in town on February 5.
Along with British groups such as The Beatles and The Rolling Stones, Herman’s Hermits helped British bands dominate the mid-60s music scene.
From their early days in Manchester, the band has chalked up over 23 top twenty single records, ten hit albums, three major movies and countless television shows and concert tours all over the world.
Original member, Barry (The Bean) Whitwam, leads the group who remain one of the hardest working bands in the business – they still average more then 200 shows per year.
Tickets for Herman’s Hermits are priced at £16 and £18 and discounts are available. Call the Box Office on 0845 127 2190 or buy online at www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk.
