Dance and get fit at new classes

Dance your way to fitness at new classes which are opening in north Derbyshire.

Fitsteps, which has been pioneered by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe of Strictly Come Dancing and the swimmer Mark Foster, who completed in Strictly, is tipped to be the next big thing following the popularity of zumba.

Alison Russell, one of the first instructors in the area to start tuition, will launch classes at Netherthorpe School on Monday, October 7, at 7.15pm and the following week will offer classes at Meadowhead School, near Norton, on Mondays at 6pm and Coal Aston Village Hall on Wednesdays at 6pm.
