Buxton Festival will present an array of concerts from nationally renowned and world famous musicians, artists and singers at St John’s Church throughout July.
The Innovation Ensemble will perform work by Schonberg, Mozart and Strauss on Sunday July 13, and the dynamic 4 Girls 4 Harps perform much-loved pieces by Handel, Ravel and Rachmaninov on Monday July 14.
The Countertenor Michael Chance, who has a worldwide reputation, will perform with lutenist Paul Beier on Tuesday July 15 in a unique concert.
The Endellion String Quartet, considered one of the finest quartets in the world, perform on Wednesday July 16 and the La Serenissima String duo perform Vivaldi and Leclair on Friday July 18.
The NCO Wind Ensemble unite for a concert on Saturday July 19 and the impressive Huddersfield Choral Society is sure to impress audiences on Sunday July 20 at their evening event.
Accordionist Djordje Gajic brings his unique style to the festival on Tuesday July 22 and Matthew Jorysz gives an organ recital on Thursday July 24.
Symphonic Brass of London present a programme of brass music from the Renaissance to Broadway on Friday July 25 and the renowned Fibonacci Sequence perform work by Mozart, Ravel and Debussy on Saturday July 26.
