Exile returning to their rock roots
The band was formed in 2010 in bar Twenty Ten in Matlock and named after Audioslave’s ‘Out Of Exile’ album.
Singer and guitarist Jason Barker said: “We set out to have fun playing hard rock covers regardless of whether or not they were popular!

The band have been on a hiatus whilst practising a new set with a new drummer since December 2012, and will return to the stage on May 5 with a double header for the bank holiday.
First they will be playing alongside the likes of Take The Seven and Ovacast at the Barley Mow, Wingerworth, for their annual Breast Cancer fundraiser.
Later on that night they return to the bar where it all started, playing Twenty Ten in Matlock.
