It’s not just the fans who are looking forward to making merry, so are the bands.

Tom Ogden, frontman with Blossoms, said: “We’ll be playing some big euphoric pop tunes you can sing and have a dance to.

“We did YNot last year and it was one of our favourite festivals. I’ve been as a punter a couple of years ago too, a great vibe all around the festival.”

Tom is looking forward to seeing The Magic Gang playing. He said: “They’re one of my favourite bands of the moment, great tunes!”

This year’s festival season has been a busy time for
Blossoms who have played pretty much every one from Glastonbury to Kendal Calling and Leeds, Japan, Korea and Australia.

The band’s wanderlust shows no sign of diminishing, especially as there is a new album coming out next month. Tom said: “We’d love to tour that around the world.”

Meanwhile, the Stockport musos are content to head down the road to YNot.
