Winners picked in our Spireites 150th gala ball competition

The winners of our Chesterfield FC 150th gala ball competition have been chosen.

Chesterfield will celebrate 150 years with a ball at Chatsworth House

Tina Jones of Matlock and Bramley Vale’s Karen Fitz-Patrick have both been selected at random from the entries that flooded in, and will each receive a pair of tickets to the glitzy event at Chatsworth House on 22nd October.

The event, which will celebrate one and a half centuries of the Spireites, is nearing a sell out.

Our winners and their guests will enjoy transported to Chatsworth House in vintage buses, arriving at the North Entrance of the famous house.

There they will be treated to a champagne and canapé reception, with entertainment from an electric violinist.

Dinner and entertainment will follow in the Carriage House Restaurant.

A delighted Tina said: “This is amazing. We’re season ticket holders but I’ve never won anything in my life before.”
