The result keeps Town in 21st but they are now two points from safety.

“I didn’t think we deserved to win it today,” Pemberton said.

“I said before the game that this would be our toughest out of the three that we have had because they have got good players.

“We started well and got on the front foot but when you have got players like they have they are always going to have moments in the game where they are going to stretch us.

“In the end it might be a good point.

“I am disappointed with the result but we have come a long way to be disappointed that we have drawn a game.

“Seven points out of three games is a big haul for us if you looked at us two weeks ago.

“We were a threat but the second-half we found it a little bit difficult at the end.”

He added: “If we are honest, I think their goal was coming.

“We take the point and we move on.”
