Wembley will host National League play-off final - everything you need to know

The 2019/20 National League play-off will be played at Wembley, it has been confirmed.

The match will take place on Sunday, August 2 (3pm) behind closed doors.

It will be televised on BT Sport, as will the eliminators and semi-finals.

It will be the ninth consecutive year that the final has been held at Wembley.

National League chief executive, Michael Tattersall, said: “The Vanarama National League promotion final is the most highly anticipated date in our calendar.

“We are immensely proud to be staging our showpiece promotion final at the world’s most iconic football stadium once again.

“I would like to thank Wembley Stadium and the Premier League for their support in making this happen.”

Harrogate Town, Notts County, Yeovil Town, FC Halifax Town, Boreham Wood and Stockport County will all battle it out for a place in League Two.

Details of the schedule for the play-offs will be released at the earliest opportunity, the National League added.
