Gillingham came back from 3-1 down to draw thanks to a second spot-kick awarded by referee Trevor Kettle and a last gasp goal from Scott Wagstaff.

Kettle, who last season sent off Charlie Raglan at Swindon, decided that Laurence Maguire had committed a foul in the box, allowing Jay Emmanuel-Thomas to step up and score from the spot for the second time in the match.
