The 19 year old, on loan from Championship new boys Burton Albion, has quickly become a favourite with Matlock supporters, scoring Town’s final goal on his debut in the 3-1 home win against Sutton Coldfield Town in August.

Since then Dinanga has added five more goals including a hat-trick against Stourbridge to become Matlock’s second top scorer behind strike partner Marc Newsham so far this term.

“Marcus has been outstanding for us, his workrate is phenomenal and he’s certainly played his part in our current run of good form,” said Matlock joint boss Glenn Kirkwood. “We’re absolutely delighted to have him with us until January.”

Dinanga will be looking to add to his tally in Saturday’s derby at Mickleover Sports where he had a spell on a work experience loan from Burton in February 2016.
