Shirebrook continued their unbeaten start to the season after a 2-2 draw with Hemsworth at Langwith Road on Saturday.
Shirebrook had the better of the opening minutes with Rowlesy shot hitting the bar in the 12th minute.
And Shirebrook kept pushing for the first goal with Currie, Greenfield, Ord and Rawson all being kept out by the Hemsworth goalkeeper.
The pressure finally paid off when Shirebrook made the breakthrough in the 32nd minute when a poor kick from the Hemsworth keeper fell to Ord, who cut inside and chipped the keeper to put the home side 1-0 up.
The visitors looked like a different team in the second half and could have got back into the game 20 seconds into the half, but for a fingertip save from Dean in the home net.
Hemsworth kept attacking and finally levelled the scores in the 70th minute when Jack Steers scored from close range.
Three minutes later Shirebrook went back in front when Matty Ord was released down the left and he cut it back to Jake Currie to score.
But again Hemsworth came back at Shirebrook and, in the 83rd minute ,a cross from the left found Lee Swift who scored with a composed finish.
Shirebrook did have a late chance to win it through sub Camm, but his shot was just wide of the far post.
Town are back in action next Saturday with a trip to Grimsby Borough.
