Shirebrook Town still have small hopes of a play-off place after a 4-1 victory over Glasshoughton.
Shirebrook were in control from the get go but had to wait until the 11th minute to make the breakthrough when Greenfield found the ball 25 yards out and his shot found the top corner.
Shirebrook were unlucky not to extend there advantage minutes later when they hit the cross bar.
But Shirebrook did get the second goal in the 24th minute when Parsons’ cross found Beaumont and he picked out the bottom corner of the net.
The game was all but over a minute later when Dodds waltzed through the home defensc and slotted the ball under the keeper to put Shirebrook in total control going into the break.
With most of the job done in the first half Shirebrook just had to keep the home side at arms length, but the home side were given a bit of hope in the 55th minute Dodds got his tackle all wrong and the ref pointed to the spot.
Kingsley Wetherald took the penalty and sent Dean the wrong way, but Shirebrook did wrap up the game in the 87th minute when Langrick intercepted the ball and found Greenfield who got his second of the game.
Shirebrook are back in action next Saturday as they play their final league game of the season against Worsbrough Bridge Athletic.
