Bucks boss Martin McIntosh has shed further light on the reasons behind bringing in Sheffield United duo Ioan Evans and Otis Khan.
The pair joined up with McIntosh’s side earlier this month on a youth loan arrangement and the manager says that the quality of both players was the catalyst for a short-term transfer to the Silverlands.
He said: “Ioan is highly-rated within the Wales international set-up and also at Sheffield United. He’s very promising.
“Otis is what I’d call a traditional number 10; he plays in that attacking midfield role behind the striker and he’s scored lots of goals this season in United’s under-18s.”
“They’ve shown they have talent and I certainly expect them to play some part (over their loan spell).
Khan made his debut at Chorley, coming on as a second-half substitute.
