Ex-Spireites striker signs for Blackpool

The former Chesterfield man has penned a two-year deal with the Seasiders.

Gnanduillet first moved to England in 2013 when he was signed by Paul Cook for Chesterfield.

The imposing striker, capped at under-20-level for the Ivory Coast, lists Andy Carroll among his idols.

He was part of the Spireites squad that won the League Two title in 2013/14 and made the League One play-offs the following season.

Gnanduillet scored 12 goals for Chesterfield during his time at the Proact Stadium and featured on loan for Tranmere Rovers, Oxford United and Stevenage before leaving for Orient in January 2016.
