In a hard fought game this was to be the deciding goal against the third-placed visitors who had earlier been denied by three excellent saves from Matt Bradwell before the cross bar further came to the aid of The Millers.

Josh Clayton headed just wide after Gee’s strike but as the game went on, Clay Cross worked their way into a well-earned victory against the impressive visitors.

This Saturday Clay Cross take on Welbeck.
