The news will be a disappointment for Town who are five games unbeaten and have good momentum under manager James Rowe.
The Blues booked their place in the FA Trophy fourth round with a penalty shootout win against Brackley Town on Saturday.
Streaming tickets already purchased for the Dover match will be carried over to the re-arranged fixture.
"We wish those affected a swift and safe recovery, and look forward to welcoming them to Crabble soon,” Dover said in a statement.
