It was a glorious moment - and a tremendous celebration.
Craig Westcarr scored for Chesterfield at Wembley and was so delighted that he pulled off his shirt and swung it round above his head.
His strike, which came late in the second half, sealed a 2-0 victory over Swindon Town as the Spireites captured the JP Trophy in front of almost 50,000 spectators.
And Westcarr’s celebration routine was voted the most outstanding moment of the season.
Overall, 2011/12 was an extremely disappointing season for everyone connected with Chesterfield FC, but the day out at Wembley in March was a highlight and Westcarr’s celebration will remain fresh in the memory for a very long time.
