Gevaro Nepomuceno is one of several signings brought in by Spireites boss John Sheridan.

With a third of the season now gone, here are our player ratings for the signings manager John Sheridan made in the summer.

Luke Coddington. The goalkeeper started behind Shwan Jalal in the pecking order before forcing his way into the side. Played five matches in a row and did not really do anything wrong but Jalal is back in goal now. Rating: 5/10
Josef Yarney. Signed permanently in the summer after a good loan spell last season. Has struggled for consistency so far this campaign but is still young and can improve. Played well at Fylde in midweek. Rating: 4/10

Anthony Gerrard. Missed the start of the season due to a hamstring injury. Stripped of the captain's armband after a row on social media with a fan. Picked up another hamstring injury. Rating: 3/10
Haydn Hollis. Signed 12-month permanent deal after loan spell last campaign. Has not shown the form he showed last season but has improved last couple of weeks. Rating: 4/10
David Buchanan. The left-back signed a two-year deal in the summer. Has been out injured since August but should return in the next couple of weeks. Did okay in the seven games he did play. Rating: 5/10
Gevaro Nepomuceno. Joined on loan from Oldham Athletic last month until January. Made a decent start with two assists in four starts. Should get better with more match sharpness. Rating: 6/10
Jermaine McGlashan. Signed on loan from Swindon Town in August but has only made five starts. Picked up an assist against FC Halifax Town. Might feature more now if Sheridan keeps 4-4-2. Rating: 4/10
Liam Mandeville. Former Doncaster Rovers striker signed two-year deal. Has shown glimpses of his quality but not often enough. Two goals so far. Rating: 5/10
Mike Fondop. Joined in August and scored two on his debut and went on a run of five in five. Lost his place to Tom Denton but scored two in midweek v Fylde off the bench. Seven goals in eight starts is impressive. Rating: 7
Jack McKay. Signed two-year deal after leaving Cardiff City. On loan at Spireites last season. Restricted to mainly sub appearances at the start of the season. Not involved in matchday squads currently. Rating: 3/10
Anthony Spyrou. Joined on season loan from Norwich City but has been out injured all season. Made his first start v Fylde in midweek but was subbed at half-time. Rating: N/A
