Boss Martin Allen does not see the FA Trophy tie, against a side who play two divisions below Town, as a reason to field a weakened side, or experiment.

He says he’ll treat it ‘exactly the same’ as the FA Cup.

“How on earth could we talk about playing anyone else, apart from our strongest team?” said the Spireites manager.

“It’s a home game in front of our supporters, there’s not even a question or a moment’s thought of playing another team.

“We have to get our best team out on that pitch. I might make one change but that would be it.”

Allen will welcome back Joe Rowley, who was suspended for last weekend’s game against Salford.

And he’ll have new loan signing Alfie Beestin at his disposal for the first time since the attacking midfielder joined from Doncaster Rovers.
