Bowery earns point for Blues

The League Two leaders had taken a tenth minute lead when Danny Whitaker when he fired home a pass from Jack Lester.

But two minutes later, the Bantams - who had suffered defeats in their previous four games - pulled level.

David Syers tapped in at the far post and the Valley Parade men took the lead in the 55th minute through a James Hanson header.

Deane Smalley headed a great chance over the bar from close range late on but it was Bowery who took the plaudits for his last-gasp heroics.
