The former Rams’ player is a Polish youth international and has penned a one-year contract with the Reds.

Whilst with the Rams, Stefan captained the youth team during a two-year scholarship which led to him signing a one-year professional contract.

However, after going out on loan to Corby Town for three months he was released by Derby in January 2013 and made the move to Corby permanent to the end of the 2012/13 season.

The 2013/14 campaign saw him join Boston United where he made over 50 appearances.

He had a three-month loan spell with Stalybridge Celtic in November 2014 and made that move permanent to the end of the 2014/15 season before being released by new Celtic manager Liam Watson.

Manager Nicky Law feels 21-year-old has plenty of potential and says he could well progress further.

“He has played with Boston United and Stalybridge Celtic so he knows the level we are at,” said Law.

“We had him a couple of years ago when he left Derby but we felt he wasn’t quite ready then.

“However, he has come in during summer and done well, he certainly ticks all the boxes.

“He has got a fantastic attitude, he is a good talker and has got all the tools.

“If we can get him to the next stage he is one who will look to possibly move on.”
