High rent

I HAVE, for many years, been a customer of the fish and butchers stalls in the Market Hall and want to continue being so.

I am concerned that it seems to be at the moment that no arrangement has been for temporary accommodation for these traders.

There are at the moment many empty stalls in the hall, is that a result of rents too high? If so, are more traders going to go out of business when the rents rise on completion of refurbishment.
