Worker suffers serious head injuries in Derbyshire 'accident'
A man has been taken to hospital with serious head injuries after an 'accident' at his workplace.
Derbyshire police were called to Transcare 28 on the Meadow Lane Industrial Estate, Alfreton, at 9.15am today.
A force spokesman said: "The man was involved in an accident at the premises.
"He was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
"We have informed the Health and Safety Executive who will be investigating the circumstances."
