Woman grabbed by throat in attempted robbery
Police appeal for information after an attempt robbery in Chesterfield.
On Sunday, March 16 at 2.45pm a woman was walking along a path that runs alongside the Casa Hotel, just off Lockoford Lane when she was approached by five young men.
One of the men grabbed her by the throat and demanded money from her. He was described as 5ft 8ins tall, of a skinny build, approximately 18-years-old and had short mousey coloured hair. He was wearing a blue/grey rain jacket with a grey hooded top worn underneath.
The woman struggled free and ran off from the men.
