Wirksworth: Marathon effort for dedicated dad
A dedicated dad took part in a sponsored run to raise money for his children’s school.
Andrew Greatorex took part in the Derby Ramathon to raise money for Wirksworth Junior School, which his daughters Daisy and Holly attend.
His employer Lubrizol kindly matched the money he raised from the run, and presented him with a cheque for the amount last week – raising his total to £526.
The money will be used to build an outdoor classroom.
