WEATHER WARNING: Met Office issues yellow wind warning for Derbyshire
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning of wind for Derbyshire today (Tuesday).
The warning is in force until 6pm tonight with strong to gale force winds and gusts of 40 to 50 miles per hour expected in some parts of the UK.
The public are being warned to be aware of the potential for localised disruption to transport and outdoor activities, while damage to some trees remains possible because of the unseasonable nature of the winds.
