WATCH: Chesterfield man takes part in Rio Park Run launched by Dame Kelly Holmes
Dame Kelly Holmes launched a Park Run on Rio's Copacabana beach at the weekend with the organiser of one of Chesterfield's free weekly sessions among those taking part.
Mark Hazlehurst is the event director for Poolsbrook Park run and joined other runners for the early morning exercise session on the famous beach.
He said it was “great” to take part in the event, and hopes that Dame Kelly will join a Park Run event in Chesterfield soon.
