Watch ‘awe-inspiring’ birds of prey at Cromford Mills

People are invited to attend what promises to be an “awe-inspiring” flight display from birds of prey.

On Saturday, July 27, Cromford Mills will play host to the spectacular.

Two flight displays will take place between 12pm and 3pm and there will be a chance to see the birds of prey close-up and find out more about them.

Catherine Roth, from the Arkwright Society, says: “These birds are both awe inspiring and beautiful but do face many threats. We’re delighted to welcome them to Cromford Mills and the event should appeal to all members of the family and be both educational and entertaining.”

The event is free to attend, but the society asks for people to make a donation –no matter how small.
