Vandals smash vehicle window in Derbyshire village

Derbyshire police are investigating a random act of vandalism after someone smashed a car window in Ironville.

The incident occurred at some point in the night on Monday May 25 after 7.30pm and before 5.15am the following morning.

Vandals used a brick to smash the front nearside window of the green-coloured Chevrolet, which was parked on the driveway of a property along Coach Road, Ironville, and officers are appealing for information.

There were no reports of anything being stolen from the car.
