Paramedics treated two people after a car collided with a telegraph pole in Killamarsh.

The car crashed outside Nethergreen Working Mens Club on Sheffield Road just before 9pm on Wednesday, February 8.

A Derbyshire Police spokesman said: “A Volkswagen Passat crashed into a telegraph pole and we closed the road.

“We contacted the Highways Agency and they will be dealing with the damaged pole.

“An ambulance was on the scene and treated two people in the car for minor injuries.”
The police had no further information on who was driving or the injuries they sustained.
