Two lanes shut on M1
A broken down vehicle has shut two lanes of the M1 Junction 30.
A spokesman for Highways England said: “M1 northbound between J30 and J31 there is a broken down vehicle. There are two of four lanes closed. Normal traffic conditions are expected between 3.45pm and 4pm.” There is also congestion near junction 30 as a result.
