Police shut Derbyshire road due to 'serious accident'
Police have closed a busy Derbyshire road due to what they are calling a “serious road accident”.

Derbyshire Police say Swanwick Road in Leabrooks, Alfreton will be closed for several hours as a result of the incident.
It is not yet known if there are any casualties, but motorists have been urged to avoid the area.
Police posted about the accident at around 6.15pm on Monday (February 17).
They say a further update will be provided when the road reopens.
