Police issue warning after car aquaplanes on A38 in Derbyshire
Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit have issued a warning to drivers to take care this morning (February 24) after a car crashed when it aquaplaned on a major road near Alfreton.

Shortly before 7am a white BMW crashed when the driver lost control on the wet surface of the A38 southbound, close to where it intersects with the B600.
Officers said: “It's raining. There's standing water. And it's a busy Monday morning - slow down.”
