Training boss for truck firms is honoured
Since starting out in the transport and logistics industry, Allison Kemp has built an enviable reputation for providing support and training services to firms across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
Having started her business by providing tachograph analysis, Allison began helping haulage firms get to grips with changes to ensure they were compliant as new regulations were introduced.

One of the firms that Allison has worked with from the beginning is JC Balls so it was fitting that it was Chris Balls, of JC Balls, who presented Allison with an award to mark her achievement and to thank her for all her efforts.
Allison said: “I was stunned and delighted by the award and that all those involved had been able to keep it a secret from me. To be recognised in this way by the people I have been working with means a great deal to me.”
Allison, who represents the third generation of her family to work in trucking, was presented with the personalised award from hauliers who wanted to recognise her work.
It was presented as she hosted D2N2 business group’s strategy plan launch. AIM Commercial Services offers a range of training and support services to the transport industry.
